Virtual Meeting Invitation

Hythe and Dibden Parish Council’s next Full Council meeting will be conducted by a Zoom virtual meeting on Thursday 28th January 2021 at 7pm. Members of the public are invited to make representations to Hythe and Dibden Parish Council on any matters relating to the work of the Council. The Council asks that the public submit questions and/or comments to the Locum Clerk of the Council via email to tracy.predeth@hytheanddibden.gov.uk by 5pm on Monday 25th January 2021. Following the receipt of a question they will be sent instructions on how to join the Zoom meeting so they can ask the question in person, if they wish. Alternatively, the Chairman will read out the questions on their behalf. Questions will be answered in the order that they are received and the overall period of time designated for responses will be 15 minutes.
