With effect from May 2010 the Council  agreed to dissolve their Amenities and General Purpose and Finance Committees Meetings and instead will hold monthly Council meetings. These are held in The Grove unless otherwise stated. A Planning Committee is held 6.45 pm before Council meetings. Council meetings start at 8.00 pm
