Freedom of Information Act 2000 - Publication Scheme

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 requires that public authorities adopt and maintain a publication scheme. Hythe and Dibden Parish Council has agreed to adopt the " Model  Publication Scheme"  approved by the Information Commissioner.

The scheme is effective from the 1 January 2009.
